At this stage your loan officer will share how much home you can afford, what your monthly payment will be, and how much money you will need at closing. Each of these variables is as wide-ranging as the types of clients we serve and will be tailored to your specific financial needs and priorities.

Submitting your income and asset documentation upfront allows us to fly through the underwriting process quickly. Fortunately, our iThrive mobile app allows you to upload from anywhere at any time. You can even take a photo of the document and upload directly! How cool is that?!

Once you find a home and the seller accepts your offer, we’ll order an appraisal and finish the rest of the process. From here on, this is where the FUN part begins!
The underwriter reviews the appraisal, the contract, and the rest of the loan file to verify we have all of our conditions met and documentation in order for a final approval.
Our in-house closing department works with the attorney to assemble the final paperwork.
